Securities Fraud

Pat Huddleston, head of Huddleston Law Firm, is committed to protecting investors from securities fraud. Huddleston Law Firm is unique because, in addition to knowledge gained from successfully representing defrauded investors in litigation and FINRA arbitration over the years, the firm offers clients Pat Huddleston's experience as Enforcement Branch Chief for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1992 through 1996. At the SEC, Huddleston led fraud and insider trading investigations of brokers, brokerage firms, mutual fund companies, and investment advisers. Huddleston is not only an attorney experienced in winning back the losses of defrauded clients, but also a FINRA qualified arbitrator who decides cases involving brokerage firm misconduct and customer abuse.

Many of our cases are referred to us by and pursued in affiliation with other attorneys throughout the southeastern United States. Although we file class actions for defrauded investors, many of our clients who have suffered larger financial losses prefer that we pursue their claims individually rather than as part of a larger class.

Huddleston Law Firm represents only defrauded investors and does not defend brokers or brokerage firms. We serve clients throughout Georgia and the southeast, including the metro Atlanta and Decatur, Fulton and DeKalb County areas, as well as Marietta, Cobb County, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Douglas, Clayton, Fayette, Bartow, Paulding, and Henry Counties.
